Welcome to the web site of the Belarus National Information Point for the European Union Research and Innovation Programmes!

This site has been developed and is maintained by the staff of the Belarus National Information Point hosted by the Belarusian Institute of Systems Analysis and Information Support of Scientific and Technical Sphere.

This site has been developed primarily for Belarusian scientists, researchers and R & D personnel at large interested in taking part in the EU-supported research and innovation programmes available for Belarusians. Its Russian version contains information which helps Belarusian researchers to better understand their opportunities in “Horizon 2020”, the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation. It also provides advice on practical steps towards involvement in projects, as well as useful links.

The English version is mostly addressed to potential EU partners who have an interest in establishing cooperation with Belarus and look for reliable partners. National Contact Points could be helpful for that while the general overview of Belarus participation in the 7th Framework Programme for RTD (2007 – 2013) and information about the successful projects involving Belarusian teams gives an idea about the country’s priorities and most active R&D players.

A quick preview of the site contents is available here.

We wish you every success in expanding international scientific cooperation!
