Our consultancy services consist in the following main steps:

§  We help you to define the project strategy,

§  We provide you with all the questions and administrative questionnaires to fill in. You need to provide us all the required information by mail,

§  We help you to set up the whole project (objectives, work programme, milestones, deliverables, time schedule and of course budget),

§  We write the project with you — jointly,

§  We submit the project proposal before the call deadline,

§  We help you to follow the project results after the submission,

§  We support you with the work to perform during the negotiations with the EC in case of acceptance.
